Sipes Architects is a relatively new firm with deep roots in the Vail Valley.  Brian and Todd have a combined 33 years of experience in this place we call home. Our firm is small but we are mighty!  Todd and Brian are passionate designers who are inspired by architecture and its ability to shape the human experience.  We are in awe of our natural surroundings and strive to foster a sense of wonder with complete and comprehensive design solutions to each and every project.

Our headquarters in Minturn, Colorado is centrally located between the resort communities of Avon/Beaver Creek and Vail. Minturn is the second oldest community in Eagle County and being here helps maintain a perspective grounded in time and authenticity. We approach each project with an understanding of its regional and environmental impact as well as the business, social and personal needs it must meet. Our client’s goals are our guiding path and we always endeavor to provide unsurpassed personal service and surprise our clients with unexpected design solutions.
